gelisah nyerr!

ehehehek!erm... so, 3/4/2013 is near.. im a little bit panic and afraid although many time i had entered this kind of competition and so many time i stood on stage to present my anythinglah.. yo!! takut weh!
gelisah nii.. toksah tanya laa!!! nak lawan hari rabu minggu depan baru TAHU!!! apa lagi sedia sendirilahh text kan.. aku masuk public speaking competition.. it didsn`t mean that i was excellent in English!okay!!  perh... baru hafal 5 dari 10! bnyak giii!!  thank to Allah .. its not that too long! the paragraph .. perh... boleh buat siak!! this is my text that i copy from this Blog... sorry to the owner of this blog.. tak tahu nak cari mana.. x sempat,ada lagi 2 hari nak hafal.. memang arh!!

a very good morning to the honourable judges,respected time keeper and my fellow contestants.

Ladies and gentlemen,
it is indeed an honor to be given the chance to stand here in front of you, the audience.My task today is to show you how to make school fun.

A school is a place where students learn a lot of subjects in a day whereas fun means pleasantly entertaining or providing enjoyment.In other words, our topic today will show you the ways to make our presence at school an enjoyable one!

ladies and gentlemen,
My first idea is a boring classroom lessons should be replaced with other teaching strategies such as experiential learning or discovery learning that equipped with multimedia experience.Subjects that require observation like science should be given ample time for real observation.Students should not be spoon fed with theoretical aspects while its fun part,the real experience of observing facts in motion is missing.I mean, where have all the fun go?? Certainly planting or watching a tree grows is a lot more engaging than reading facts about it in a book.

my second idea is make a school building and its compound a fun place for students and teachers.Provide activity rooms,student`s centre and a cafeteria instead of just a canteen .Build an environment that makes all feel welcome and comfortable .Students would certainly love to come if their school looks like a resort or a theme park and not just dull blocks building.imagine spending recess between classes in a students centre furnished with sofas,indoor games and computer`s booth.It is better than staying home,right?

Third,reduce the number  of students in a class.the ideal number of students should be around 15-20.
this has long been practise in prestigious schools overseas and schools in developed countries.students will get better attention from their teachers and whatever learning theories in practise would be carried out in successfully.

besides, teachers shoul be encouraged to be creative and produce engaging lessons.Of course it is easy for teachers to produce lessons full of facts and informations,but to make students realized why they are doing it, is another matter.Teachers,who are the beacon of hope for student must give thought
provoking lessons that generate student`s desire to learn.A lessons that touches heart would provoke students inner selves and instill in them,craving for success.

 fifth,abolish examination and replace it new set of assessment which put more priorities on attitude and co-curricular activites.after all. we only a human who are made not just with flesh and blood,but a biological creature with feelings and faith.it is a known fact that many who are not successful in government examination become successful in life later on,simply because they do what they love to do and sitting an examination is not one of it!So,my understanding here is. less examination equal more fun !

ladies and gentlemen,boys and girls..
my last idea is to reduce the number of subjects that students need to take up.This also will reduce the weight of their bags! dear parents and officer education ,have you ever tried carrying your son`s or daughter`s bag all the ways from the car to the classroom??I can tell you it is very heavy.I remembered an article in a newspaper stated that heavy school bag would strain student`s back bone and affect their health.So, going to school is not much fun when you have to carry a heavy bag all the way from home..

*sorry this text don`t have a conclusion. so i will ask my teachers to make it for me tomorrow.. huhuuu.like im said just now, i didn`t good in English well...so I hope all of you wish me gudluck on this Wednesday.. and i hope i can bring a victory to my school...
